Refund Policy

At Heaves International, your satisfaction and health are our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Health & Safety Notice

Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. This policy protects the health and safety of all our customers.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product (different size or type than what you ordered), notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unopened Products: We may accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@heavesinternational.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo evidence of damage or defect (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, before it enters processing. Once processing begins (after 2 hours), cancellations are not guaranteed. To cancel, email info@heavesinternational.com immediately.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used menstrual products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Shipping charges (except in cases of our error)
